We are proud to announce that FSP are a Signatory of the Tech Talent Charter (TTC), an employer-led initiative, encouraging greater inclusion and diversity in the tech workforce of the UK. 

Like the TTC, FSP believe that positive action on diversity and equality is a key responsibility of a progressive employer and can only be enhanced by collective effort across companies and sectors. 

We are keen to continue to collaborate and share insight with over 700 other organisations, to show and highlight our support for this vital issue, and to help make a difference.  

FSP are pleased to have submitted our organisational data for 2022 to the Tech Talent Charter in support of their annual ‘Diversity in Tech’ report, tracking diversity and inclusion in the UK technology industry. The data from this report will enable us to benchmark our progress against 700+ other signatories, and support our continuous improvement.
