In Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 of 2023, we ranked No.1 consistently across all three categories: Best Companies™ to Work For in the UK (mid-sized category – National League Table), No.1 in Technology (Sector League Table) and No.1 in the South East (Regional League Table). This makes FSP a #1 Best Company to Work For in the UK, in the South East and in Tech in 2023.
In Q1 of 2022, we were proud to be ranked No.1 across all three categories: Best Companies™ to Work For in the UK (mid-sized category – National League Table), No.1 in Technology (Sector League Table) and No.1 in the South East (Regional League Table).
In Q2 of 2022, we were also awarded No.2 Best Companies™ to Work For in the UK (mid-sized category – National League Table); No.1 in the Technology sector and No.1 in the South East (Regional League Table).

In Q4 and overall for 2022, we were delighted to be awarded No.2 Best Companies™ to Work For in the UK (mid-sized category – National League Table, Top 5 Best Companies™ to Work For in the South East (Regional League Table) and Top 5 in the Technology sector.
2022 was our first year entering Best Companies™, and to have been recognised for three awards consistently across the two years, is such an incredible feeling.

FSP was also proudly awarded a 3-star ‘World Class’ accreditation from Best Companies™, where we achieved outstanding results from its proprietary b-Heard employee engagement survey – the highest standard of workplace recognition, awarded to organisations that truly excel. The accreditation is based on their unique BCI score generated by an employee engagement survey, on a scale from 0 – 1000. Organisations with a BCI score of 738 or higher are awarded the 3-star accreditation reflecting ‘World Class’ levels of workplace engagement.
Our CEO Simon Grosse was in Manchester for Best Companies™ live in May 2022, where he joined a brilliant panel discussion on ‘Leading with Purpose’.
It is very important to FSP to receive regular, honest feedback from our employees on how they feel about working for us.
We already use our own Pulse 360 tool to capture real-time feedback from our colleagues. This lets them know their opinion really matters and gives us the chance to listen, learn and act on their feedback. The Best Companies™ awards gave us an opportunity to gather a wider view of how our employees feel, and for every anonymous survey completed we donated to two fantastic charities, affiliated to both of our offices. The number of completed surveys had no direct correlation to our overall result. We wanted to understand our employees better and we always look for ways to give back to charity whenever we can.
We donated to New Beginnings Reading - a homeless charity dedicated to the prevention and relief of poverty and financial hardship in the local Berkshire area. Also to Fundació Banc dels Aliments de Barcelona, who through their ‘Grand Collection’ campaign, provide food and supplies to 267,000 people in vulnerable situations throughout Catalonia.
