FSP Achieves Great Place to Work® Certification in UK, Spain and India
FSP is proud to have achieved Great Place to Work® Certification across the UK, Spain and India.
This year marks another significant milestone in our journey, representing our first year participating in the Great Place to Work® Large category, alongside our first certifications in Spain and India.
The recognition is based entirely on colleague feedback and reflects the experiences of our people across our international business.
Growing as One FSP
Over the past decade, FSP has been recognised consistently for its culture. As the business continues to grow, expand internationally and strengthen its capabilities across Data & AI, Cyber Security, Enterprise Cloud and Change Delivery, maintaining a connected, inclusive and high-performing culture remains a strategic priority.
Achieving certification across three countries demonstrates our continued commitment to creating an environment where colleagues feel welcomed, supported and empowered to thrive.
FSP Colleagues
Alongside certification, FSP achieved a combined Trust Index® score of 86%, with 84% colleague participation across the survey. Great Place to Work® measures employee experience through its globally recognised Trust Index® methodology, assessing the levels of trust, pride and camaraderie experienced across an organisation.

Achieving Great Place to Work® Certification across the UK, Spain and India is an important milestone, but our focus remains on continuing to build a culture where people can develop, belong and perform at their best.
We believe exceptional customer experiences start with engaged and empowered teams. The strong levels of trust, collaboration and pride reflected within this year’s results help create an environment where people can innovate, grow and deliver meaningful outcomes for customers operating within some of the world’s most complex and highly regulated environments.
As we continue to grow, we’ll keep listening to our people and investing in the experiences that make FSP a great place to work.
