FSP sponsors Think Women in Digital Government 2026
FSP was proud to sponsor the Think Women in Digital Government event on Tuesday 17th March 2026, a conference uniting women across government to hear from inspirational speakers and engage in thought-provoking panel discussions on shared challenges and opportunities.
Jenn Barth also presented on the ‘AI in the Future of Digital Government’ panel.

“It was a pleasure to be on the panel focused on AI and the Future of Digital Government with Kirstine Dale. The discussion centred on moving AI from concept to everyday practice across the public sector workforce.
The priority is building confidence, not just capability – through safe experimentation, clear governance and inclusive pathways, into digital roles. Crucially we talked about the role of women – in both seeing their impact already and in shaping AI, ensuring public services reflect the diversity of the citizens they serve.
I liked that on each panel, there were representatives from the public sector as well as one sponsor representative – it gave a well-rounded view of the topic and the experiences.
The event itself had good energy and a good feeling.”
Megan Dooley
“I enjoyed hearing the stories of the women I met regarding their experiences working in the civil service. The consistent theme was about their challenges in having their voices heard within their organisations. I’m trying to think about what we could do with that from an FSP perspective.
These events are really useful as they enable me to see things from the client’s view – understanding the on-the-ground challenges informs the solution we provide, as well as our professional relationships while doing the work.”
Fay Hawkins
“I personally really enjoyed being part of an event which was focused on the reality of the civil service, the passion and the challenges, seen through a female lense. I felt like I got a lot of insight and good connections. Normally these events are dominated by other suppliers and lose the authenticity of content.”
Gina Bull
“This was my first conference experience and it was a great one to start! An insightful day which felt genuine throughout. The scope of conversation was wide ranging, covering topics not only concerning women’s representation, but how the Public Sector is considering tackling some of the big issues today around a fast-changing workplace and digital landscape.”
Isabel De Sa
“I really enjoyed attending the Women in Tech in Central Government conference and felt genuinely privileged to be there.
The panel sessions were thoughtful and insightful with a real highlight being our very own Dr Jenn. It was fantastic to see her on the panel and hear her perspective.
The atmosphere throughout the day was very open and welcoming; everyone I spoke to was friendly, engaged, and happy to share their own experiences and challenges. I made some great new connections for FSP and came away with a deeper understanding of the issues others are navigating. Overall, it was a really worthwhile day and one I’m glad I attended.”
Jemma Hewitt
“The event was a refreshing change from the private sector sessions I’m used to. It was great to see senior women speaking openly and honestly about their non‑linear career journeys.”
Hearing these reflections highlight just how valuable events like Think Women in Digital Government truly are – not only for celebrating the experiences and impact of women across the public sector, but for deepening our understanding of the opportunities and challenges shaping digital government today. We’re proud to have contributed to the conversation and inspired by the honesty and ambition shared throughout the day.
